The Chair and Members of Egglescliffe & Eaglescliffe Council invite you and/or your representative(s) to join them on Thursday 24th April  2025 at 7.30pm in EGGLESCLIFFE COMMUNITY CENTRE , Durham Lane, Eaglescliffe

The evening will begin with the Annual Assembly of the Parish Meeting, which is open to the press and public – a statutory meeting “to discuss parish affairs”, at which those who are registered as voters within Egglescliffe Civil Parish are entitled to speak and vote. The Meeting will hear what the Parish Council has been doing over the last year. 

This will be followed by the presentation of the allotment trophies and certificates of merit to the winners of the 2024 Best Kept Allotment Competition and the Parish Council 2024 Community Awards.

Afterwards, I shall invite everyone present to enjoy a glass of wine and refreshments.  This will be an opportunity to chat informally with residents and to network with other representatives of those who live or work in and for the community. We can all get to know one another just a little better.

The meeting is open to the press and public, so please feel free to bring along as many people as you wish; please reply no later than Monday 21st April to the Clerk to the Council at the contact details as shown above.
